Legislation
Increasing Land Access, Security, and Opportunities Act (HR.3955, S.2340) - this bill would authorize $100 million in annual funding for community-led land access solutions through the 2023 Farm Bill.
Farmland for Farmers Act - this bill would regulate speculative purchase of farmland.
Farmland Access Act - this bill would make fixes to the buy-protect-sell authority within the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program.
